Gmar Chasima Tova!
hello. I’m not sure what to do.
I opened my mail after Shabbos and found a check, a very generous one!, from AHH.
Is this for real? What kindness! I still have not deposited the check – waiting until I am sure it is for me. I really just called you before Yom Tov lishma, to wish to a good year. I still remember your kindness to me years ago…
Did not expect this! I tried calling you and left a message. Please get back to me – want to be sure this check is for me, and if yes, want to thank you profusely!
Take care. All the best,
Mrs. _________ _________
R’ Eli,
Eishing you & AHH a gut gbenched yahr, a Shana Tova my friend!
I’m deeply grateful to you and all the volunteers of AHH for all of your generous support and warm chizuk.
Hatzlacha!!!___________
One of the widows, Mrs. __________ from Boro Park told her friend that it is very hard to put a smile on her face these days, due to the many hardships she’s going through, but now after she received the check from AHH, it lifted the burden off my heart and made me smile.
This is a woman who is living in a temporary apt. due to a fire she had on last year Chanukah, and this check will help her tremendously so that she can invite all her children to sit around the table, like a normal family! She has no words. I believe this is the sentiment in other versions from all who receive this assistance. May Hashem gladden all your hearts as you have done to so many, and reward you with all the brochos that the Torah reserves for those who gladden the hearts of widows and yesomim.
Wishing you all a Freilicha Yom Tov and a “GIT KVITTEL”
